String Pool offers a unique take on violin bowing, blending beautifully played clean samples with more aggressively treated textures. The library is designed to sync with BPM, allowing for dynamic performance adjustments that can evoke both lyrical and intense moments in your compositions.

The instrument features a range of single note loops, each recorded with varying bowing speeds and a hint of vibrato, providing a rich palette for expressive playing. The mod wheel controls bowing speed in real-time, enabling seamless transitions between different articulations. Aftertouch can be used for volume swells, enhancing the instrument's responsiveness and expressiveness.

String Pool includes two sample sets: CLEAN and TREATED, allowing for a choice between pristine and processed sounds. The interface offers a variety of controls, including pitch bend depth, velocity to volume mapping, and a convolution impulse selection with custom-made IRs.
