The library features three distinct guitars: a classic model known as 'Butterscotch' with a bright, scooped tone; a darker chambered guitar named 'Flatwounds' fitted with flatwound strings; and a bassy 'Singlecut' model. Each guitar was recorded through four different signals, utilizing two amps and two pedalboard chains—one ambient and lush, the other more experimental—to provide tonal variety.

Softstruck includes a Double Track switch for creating a rich stereo image by using different round robins across channels. The library also features atmospheric effects tailored for guitar, such as a lush studio reverb and dreamy cinematic ambiances. With 51 curated presets, Softstruck offers a palette that is expressive and organic, ideal for crafting emotional cues, delicate songs, or layered textures in complex arrangements.
