The library includes 105 instrument patches, encompassing 22 leads, 24 basses, 19 pads, 25 plucks, 11 keys, and 4 drum kits, all recorded in high-quality 44.1kHz/24bit WAV format. With more than 8,000 samples, Retrowave provides a rich palette for creating atmospheric pads, driving basslines, and punchy drums. The sounds are sourced from iconic hardware like the Ensoniq Mirage, Yamaha DX7, and Roland Jupiter-8, ensuring an authentic analog character without digital emulation.

Each patch features controls for volume, LFO shaping, and a three-band EQ, allowing for detailed sound sculpting. Effects such as reverb, delay, and chorus can be adjusted via dedicated sends, enhancing the flexibility of the instrument.
