Prepared Pianet is a unique sampling of a Hohner Pianet T, offering a range of expressive sounds through three distinct recording techniques. This library captures the instrument's character, providing a palette that spans from acoustic to muted and amplified tones, making it suitable for experimental compositions and ambient textures.

The library features three main instrument sets: Acoustic, Muted, and Amped Pianets. Each set is recorded with a focus on detail, including six velocity layers for the Acoustic and Muted versions, ensuring dynamic responsiveness. The Amped Pianet offers four velocity layers, allowing for longer resonant notes. Close mic-ing captures the instrument's harmonics and dissonance, while the muted technique provides a thumb piano-like feel.

Each instrument includes individual controls for octave, volume, sample start, pan, stereo width, attack curve, ADSR, vibrato, and reverb send, allowing for extensive customization. The library also features 24 custom convolution reverbs and four controllable effects, including chorus and phaser. With 960 samples in total, the Prepared Pianet offers a rich sonic experience, ideal for creating evolving textures and unique musical tones.
