Details

The library includes instruments designed and made by Musicmakers, such as the Cheyenne Harp and Dakota Mandola, alongside additional instruments like handpans and a shruti box. Each instrument is recorded with four mic arrays, allowing for a range of tonal colors from bright to warm. Articulations include typical plucked sounds, as well as unique techniques like striking strings with dulcimer mallets and harmonics, enhancing the expressive capabilities of the instruments.

Dynamic layers range from three to five, with two to six round robins depending on the instrument. The main mic setup features a spaced pair of Warm Audio WA14 large diaphragm condensers, complemented by close mics including Blue Hummingbirds and a stereo ribbon mic for varied tonal capture. The harp offers two muting techniques, allowing for nuanced performance options that maintain sympathetic resonance. Advanced controls enable players to select emphasized strings on fretted instruments, providing a rich, interactive playing experience.
