The library includes four distinct instruments, each with its own mechanics and sound. The Mallet K 1 and K 2 are kalimbas with wide metal keys, producing a clangy overtone-rich sound on the K 1 and a punchy bass on the K 2. Both feature two mic positions, with the K 2 also offering a direct line out. The Sit or Play consists of circular steel tongue drums embedded in benches, enhanced by the soundboard effect of the seats, and offers various articulations including hard and soft mallet strikes. T-Rod-On-Tine employs threaded rods to create complex vibrations, allowing for a wide range of tones through different striking methods.
