Cello Textures Evolved revitalizes the original Cello Textures with an enhanced interface and expanded playback controls, while retaining the same core samples. This library offers a range of complementary articulations designed for layering, allowing for the creation of unique gestures and rich sonic colors.

Details

The instrument features 12 articulations, each recorded with a single dynamic layer and one round-robin, ensuring a consistent yet expressive performance. The revamped interface allows for precise manipulation of sample start times and loop ranges, alongside options for forward and backward playback. Each texture can be individually adjusted for volume, pan, velocity sensitivity, transposition, tuning, and envelope settings, providing extensive control over the sound.

New effects include filtering, saturation, and dedicated delay and reverb sends, enhancing the textural possibilities. The inclusion of randomizing dice buttons throughout the interface encourages experimentation, enabling users to push the original cello samples into new territories. With 47 presets available, each accompanied by MIDI clips for specific BPMs, the library is well-suited for both intricate scoring and atmospheric layering.
