Product Overview

Blueprint: Feedback Guitar features an iconic Les Paul guitar pushed to its sonic limits, creating a unique ambient pad experience. This library offers two articulation options—'tame' for a clean sound and 'wild' for a more chaotic, feedback-rich tone—making it suitable for experimental soundscapes and atmospheric compositions.

Details

The instrument was recorded in the expansive Nave Studio One, utilizing a high-gain amplifier and a large Marshall cabinet to capture the essence of guitar feedback. The 'wild' articulation includes inherent instabilities and squeals, while the 'tame' articulation is meticulously edited for a smoother output. This library incorporates innovative pitch-bending technology, allowing for flexible performance with the 'held keys only' mode, which bends only the notes currently held.

Main controls include a tone knob for high-frequency roll-off and amp drive, a release control for adjusting note decay, and settings for delay and reverb levels. The perspective control allows for shifting between close and distant mic placements, enhancing the spatial quality of the sound. Additionally, the instrument features velocity response settings and a pitch bend range that can be adjusted up to 12 semitones, providing further customization for expressive playing.
