The instrument features 72 distinct drum kits, each designed with a variety of sound treatments, including valve emulation, fuzz-wah filters, and granular effects. Each kit slot can be sculpted using almost 400 custom convolution impulses, allowing for deep, resonating kicks and shimmering hi-hats. The performance controls enable adjustments to tuning, decay envelopes, and sample start points, enhancing the overall sound shaping.

Fabrikator supports six round-robin layers for every articulation, ensuring that even synthetic kits maintain a natural groove. The randomization feature allows for tailored kit-building, preserving performance controls while offering multiple modes for sample and impulse randomization. Additionally, each kit slot is equipped with dedicated filters, providing further control over the sound. With multi-out capability, you can route kit slots to separate output channels for detailed mixing and processing.
